Dry Matrix System
An automatic device for preparing dry matrix samples allows you to replace the tedious and repetitive process of cutting discs from cards or papers containing a dry matrix matrix. The machine allows you to take soaked cards from the magazines, identify them (in order to track the process), analyze the parameters of the droplet and position the card for the cutout, and then cut discs of a defined diameter for the multi-well plate with verification. The device can be adapted to a specific customer already at the level of order fulfillment. It can be equipped with a vision system for a specific type of dry blob paper or a card cutter. The device equipped with a vision system allows you to determine the correctness of sample collection using machine vision and artificial intelligence algorithms, the ability to cut several discs from one soaked field, or to cut from already cut tissue paper. The machine is equipped with punches and dies to maintain high cutting quality with minimal sample contamination. The tests carried out showed no contamination from the machine.
Our product allows you to reduce human work and related errors during sample preparation to a minimum. The machine also allows you to verify samples for the presence of blood/matrix on the appropriate surface. The device significantly speeds up and simplifies the sample preparation process.
