Chocolate box packing machine
The manual process has been replaced by an automated solution. The machine takes a chocolate mold, puts on a blanket, unfolds the outer packaging and inserts the packaging. After packaging, the date and batch number are printed. The operator’s task is to refill the magazines with semi-finished products (i.e. blankets and outer packaging). Finished products are transported outside the machine on a conveyor – it is possible to adjust the height of the conveyor to match the foil wrapping machines. Maximum packaging capacity is 35 packages per minute.
