Tofu press
The presented tofu cutting press replaces the time-consuming process of manual cheese cutting. Manual cutting and weighing was done by as many as 3 people, who could have devoted this time to other, important activities for the company.
Our device is based on a pneumatic actuator, on which the cutting frame is mounted. The operator starts the cutting cycle using two buttons on the sides – fully pneumatic control. The device is able to cut a large block of cheese with a capacity of 6 pieces per minute.
A single tofu cube after the cutting process on our device has the dimensions: 40 x 70 x 115 mm. Each cube weighs 270 grams.
